IKanFix is a service provided by The Bestway Digital Ltd. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. After 30 days, you can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing, but completed billing periods are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Our reseller, Paddle, handles all payments and refunds. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@ikanfix.com and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your IKanFix Settings page, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
